Training

Apollo as a corporate member of the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS) follow a strict code of conduct with regard to the training and education of all employees.

This is achieved by the use of handbooks, pictograms and multi-lingual documents combined with practical training and testing.

We have two fully accredited in house BICS assessors and use a cascade training system.

Individual training records are kept and all staff receive task and site specific refresher training annually.
